1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Trackmore ("Service"), operated by Gitmore, a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company Number: 16606931, Registered Office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Trackmore is a competitor intelligence platform operated by Gitmore. The Service monitors publicly available changelogs and release notes from websites you specify. Our AI analyzes these changes and delivers automated reports via email and dashboard to help you stay informed about competitor activity.
3. User Accounts
- —You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- —You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- —You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- —You must use the Service only for lawful purposes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- —Use the Service to track websites you don't have permission to monitor.
- —Attempt to access private or authenticated pages through our Service.
- —Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization.
- —Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service.
- —Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Payment Processing
Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record for all payment transactions. All payment processing is PCI DSS compliant. We do not have access to or store your full payment card details.
Subscription Plans
- —Starter Plan: $5/month — Track up to 5 competitors, changelog auto-discovery (1x/week), AI change categorization, email reports, and 7-day history.
- —Pro Plan: $12/month — Track up to 10 competitors, changelog auto-discovery (3x/week), AI change categorization, email reports, and 30-day history.
- —Enterprise Plan: $29/month — Track up to 25 competitors, changelog auto-discovery (5x/week), AI change categorization, email reports, unlimited history, and dedicated support.
All plans allow adding extra competitors at $2/month per additional competitor.
Billing Terms
- —Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- —Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through your account settings.
- —You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
- —You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- —Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
- —All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with Trackmore, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date by contacting Paddle support or emailing us at support@trackmore.io.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gitmore and are protected by intellectual property laws. Reports and insights generated by our AI services are provided to you under a non-exclusive license for your business purposes. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.
8. Data Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all changelog information detected and analyzed will be complete or error-free. The Service relies on publicly available data which may change or become unavailable. AI-generated content may not always be completely accurate and should be verified independently.
9. Disclaimers and Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Complaint Resolution
If you have a complaint about the Service, please contact us at support@trackmore.io. We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 business days.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
